Refund policy

At Taze Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Cancellations: You have placed an order, but you no longer want it? Then you can cancel your order by 11 p.m. the day before delivery. If the order is a morning delivery, you must cancel by 1 p.m. the day before at the latest. After this time, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel your order. However, you have the right to return products to us that you no longer want. You can then give it back to the runner directly.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Due to the limited shelf life, it is unfortunately not possible to return fresh products. Fresh products are: meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, frozen foods, dairy products and cheese. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for non-food and durable products with long shelf life.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the info provided in our Contact Us section with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items.
  • Initiating an Exchange: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement for the damaged or defective item as soon as possible.
